Arnica

• Bumps and bruises caused by slipping on ice.
• Will help with shock following any slips or falls.

 
Aconite

• For fear or nerves, maybe not looking forward to driving or walking in poor conditions.

 
Ledum

• Useful for black eyes caused by rogue snowballs.
• Bruising and swelling that is cold to the touch.

 
Symphytum

• Helps to set broken bones (hopefully not too many of them).

 
Rhus Tox

• For sprains or strains that are worse on first movement, but improve once up and about
• Chilblains with blisters

Ruta Grav

• Another great remedy for sprains and strains.
• Often used in conjunction with Rhus Tox.

Petroleum

• Excellent remedy for chapped winter skin which bleeds easily.
