Winter Reset
This is a three-month-long program of homeopathic and holistic treatment. Through the course of this program, we will explore and release issues keeping you stuck in ill health.
Terms & Conditions: The Winter Reset Program
1. Agreement
By purchasing "The Winter Reset" 3-month program (the "Program"), you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, forming a contract with Solas Homeopathy.
2. Program Overview
The Program includes:
- One (1) initial 90-minute consultation.
- Two (2) 60-minute follow-up consultations.
- A personalised action plan and supporting resources as determined by the Practitioner.
- All sessions must be used within the 3-month program period, commencing on the agreed start date in January 2024. Sessions are non-transferable to other individuals or outside the agreed-upon timeframe.
3. Payment
The total fee for the Program is £179. This is a one-time, upfront payment required to secure your spot. Upon payment, you are formally enrolled in the Program.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing you with a high-quality experience. Due to the limited spots and advanced planning required, we have a strict refund policy.
- Cancellation Before Program Start: If you cancel your enrolment before the Program Start Date (e.g., before January 1, 2024), you will be entitled to a full refund, minus a £25 administrative fee.
- Cancellation After Program Start: Due to the nature of the services and our commitment to holding your spot, no refunds will be issued once the Program has commenced (on or after the Program Start Date), regardless of how many sessions you have attended. This is because the planning and resources have been allocated to you, and we have turned away other clients to reserve your place.
- Practitioner Cancellation: If, for any reason, the Practitioner is unable to deliver the Program, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
5. Rescheduling Sessions
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited. We will do our best to accommodate you and find a new time, subject to availability.
6. Client Responsibility & Disclaimer
- No Guaranteed Results: The Client understands that the Program involves holistic health guidance and support. The Practitioner does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical disease. Any suggestions regarding supplements, diet, or lifestyle are entirely educational. The Client acknowledges that their personal results are dependent on their own effort, participation, and unique circumstances. The Practitioner makes no guarantees or warranties concerning specific outcomes.
- Medical Advice: This Program is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Client agrees to consult with their GP or specialist for any specific medical concerns.
- Full Disclosure: The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete health information to the Practitioner to allow for safe and effective support.
7. International Clients (Outside Ireland & UK)
For Clients residing outside of Ireland and the United Kingdom:
- To avoid delays and potential issues with customs, you will typically be provided with a prescription/recommendation for remedies to be purchased locally from a pharmacy or reputable supplier in your home country.
- If you specifically request that the Practitioner source and post the remedies to you, this will incur an additional postage and packaging charge, which must be paid in advance. The Practitioner is not responsible for remedies lost, delayed, or damaged in the post once dispatched.
8. Confidentiality
All information shared by the Client during sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except in the rare circumstances required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, including handouts, plans, and resources provided during the Program, are the intellectual property of the Practitioner and are for your personal use only. They may not be shared, copied, or distributed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Practitioner's total liability to the Client for any claim is limited to the total cost of the Program paid.
Acceptance
By proceeding with payment for "The Winter Reset," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
